Add to your sources.list this:
deb http://www.nighton.net/ hardy main
Then do:
sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install mugshot -y
This repository is from nighton.
After that you can comment the repository, cause don’t have public key. Just do:
$wget -q http://www.nighton.net/nighton_key.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
